Tom Bean ISD Enrollment

All students who will be returning to Tom Bean ISD for the 2025- 2026 school year must register online!

 

Parents and Guardians

Tom Bean ISD will begin using Parent Portal Registration for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. By replacing previous paper practices with an online process, the District is reducing paper waste, improving accuracy, increasing efficiency and saving parents time. Students will be required to complete online registration every year from this point forward.  


Registration Dates

The annual registration process will begin April 17, 2025 and run through May 16, 2025 for current Tom Bean ISD students. 

 

      -  Online registration must be completed yearly or students will not be considered enrolled and will not be scheduled in classes. 

 


Additional Registration Requirements:

  • Proof of Residency (current utility bill, lease, etc.)
  • Up-to-date Immunization Records 

In-Person Registration Assistance

Parents and guardians can complete the annual registration process entirely online. However, families who need access to the internet or a computer may visit a campus for in-person registration assistance.

 

Students will NOT be assigned a homeroom or receive a class schedule for the 2025-2026 school year until online registration is completed, and all required documents have been uploaded.

 


Creating a Parent Portal Account

  • Click HERE and choose Create Account. (instructions for this may be found on Page 1 in the Manual  if you need them).
  • When creating this account, you MUST use an email you would like associated with your child’s information in our student information system. This is the email where you receive important notifications from Tom Bean ISD.
