I’m honored to serve as a Trustee for Tom Bean ISD! My wife, Kristen, and I were married in 1990 and have resided in TBISD almost twenty years. We have two married daughters and four energetic grandkids. We enjoy spending time with our family and encouraging TB students and teachers! I’m a U.S. Army Veteran and hold a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.Ed. in Educational Administration from East Texas A&M University.
I served as a teacher at Tom Bean Elementary School for eight years and retired in May 2026 after serving thirty-two years in education. My experience as an educator provides me with a unique knowledge base about the current challenges our schools face.
I will always use a “Student-centered” approach to help TBISD.
